Lande Berlus is one of the co-founders of Slay the Soirée Entertainment, a full-service event company offering live entertainment, elegant decor, and catering—all in one place to make event planning seamless and unforgettable.

Originally from Haiti, Lande moved to the U.S. at age 12. In her 20s, she fell in love with aerial performance, which quickly became a lifelong passion. During the 2020 quarantine, she discovered a new creative outlet—decorating intimate events like baby showers and birthday parties.

After facing roadblocks trying to join existing performance companies, Lande took matters into her own hands. Alongside her co-founder, she launched Slay the Soirée to combine her talents in performance, design, and hospitality—bringing bold energy, creativity, and elegance to every event.

Meet Wiselande Pierre – Co-Founder of Slay the Soirée Entertainment

Wiselande Pierre is the culinary heart behind Slay the Soirée Entertainment, where she leads the catering division with passion, creativity, and a deep love for bringing people together through food.

Born and raised in Haiti, Wislande’s journey with cooking started from a desire to enjoy healthier meals at home. Over time, what began as a personal choice blossomed into a true calling. She discovered that cooking gave her full creative control an art form where she could experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation.

For Wislande, food is more than nourishment it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and create memories. As co-founder of Slay the Soirée, she pours her heart into every dish, helping clients elevate their events with bold flavors, beautiful plating, and unforgettable hospitality.

Together with her team, Wislande is transforming ordinary gatherings into extraordinary experiences one plate at a time.

Together, Lande and Wislande built Slay the Soirée Entertainment to simplify event planning by offering everything in one place live entertainment, decor, and catering so clients can celebrate stress-free and in style.
